Introducing Dr. Nasrin Rabiei Karahroudi, the visionary founder of via NARA. With a diverse background spanning from Tehran to Kuala Lumpur, Nara brings a unique blend of cultural richness and contemporary artistry to her interior design work. As a contemporary artist and educator, she approaches design with a holistic perspective, emphasizing the importance of knowledge, history, and theory in creating meaningful spaces.

A global contemporary creative at heart, Dr Nasrin Rabiei Karahroudi (NARA) set sail to Malaysia back in 2008 upon graduating from the University of Tehran, majoring in Art and Architecture. In Malaysia, her research in design led to a Phd Doctorate in Design, engaging in countless collaborations with leading international artists, designers and movements alike.
NARA has over the years garnered recognition and numerous acclaims amongst educationist and creatives alike. Her works are regularly exhibited in expos in Malaysia, Iran and Australia, while her lectures reach as far as Copenhagen, Denmark.
Her rich experience has culminated with the founding of ViaNARA, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This design practice serves as a styling house that strives to set the benchmark for regional contemporary interior design.
